The bespoke consultancy service develops the project brief and, taking account of financial parameters, analyses the traffic and passenger handling requirements of the building to create a particular specification of plant and equipment sourced from independent component manufacturers whose research, development and high quality standards have made reputable international market suppliers.

This approach enables the provision of exceptionally high levels of performance, energy efficiency and reliability utilising matched plant and equipment representing the ultimate in developed technological advances.

The benefits are not limited to the purchasers of lifts for new buildings; the refurbishment of existing lift installations as well as the total replacement of outmoded lifts can be undertaken using the same philosophy.

Lift car and landing entrance finishes can be included as part of a lift engineering project or, in existing buildings, as a separate cosmetic exercise – in either case finishes can range from simple utility treatment through to a full interior design prepared to match the corporate needs of the purchaser.
